As all of our jewelry is made to order, we do not offer any returns on our custom pieces.

Shipping & Handling

Ordering and shipment Confirmation

All orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.  Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Friday will be processed on Monday.  Please check back for any special Holidays. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this for your records. As soon as your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your jewelry. 

Orders placed by 1/25 have guaranteed Valentine's day delivery. 

Production Time

Production time varies among products. Please review product details for accurate processing times. Order processing time is typically 4-8 business day as our jewelry is handmade and custom designed. 

Expedited Orders

If you need your order expedited please make a note in your cart before proceeding through the checkout process with the date you need your order received by. Our stylists will confirm this date with you within 24 hours.

Shipping Time and Fees

Once an order has shipped it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. For a more accurate delivery time please contact a stylist.  

Orders over $75.00 receive free First Class USPS shipping. Orders under $75.00 will be charged $5.00 during the checkout process.
